Neva Arlene (Hewitt) Stonecipher Stanley, 85, of Parsons, died at 6:26 a.m., Monday, May 22, 2022, at her home, in the comfort of her family. Arlene was born Jan. 27, 1937, in Fort Scott, a daughter of Reeve Franklin and Neva Leah (Sours) Hewitt. She was raised and attended school there, graduating from the Fort Scott High School in 1955. ...
