Bringing a hospital back to Bourbon County will be a long process, but the chief executive officer of the company contracted to conduct a feasibility study said Tuesday they are ready to move forward with the idea. Ron was born in Dodge City, Kan., on Nov. 20, 1948 to Frank and Anna Wadel. On Nov. 14, 1975 he was united in marriage with Deborah Kaye McDonald and she preceded him in death on June 13, 2016.
