Judith, better known as Judy, Miller Franken, formerly of Fort Scott, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021, of cancer at the Johanniter Krankenhaus (a hospital) in Bonn, Germany. She was born Sept. 1, 1938 in Fort Scott, Kan. She was the daughter of Henry Blonn Miller, Sr., and Ethys (May) Miller, who used to run the feedstore Miller Feed and Oil on Wall Street (which is now run by Henry Blonn Candy Miller, Jr., and Geoffrey Southwell). ...
