Oaklyn Rae Kastl, daughter of James Michael Kastl, Sr., and Cassandra LeeAnn Wells, passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020. In addition to her parents, she is survived by siblings, Carlie, Jackson, Ashby Jr., Travis, Jazmine, Jaydynn, Jerzee and Jimmy Jr. Also surviving are grandparents, Donna Kay Wallace, Dwayne Wells and Rodney and Dottie Pulliam, great-grandmother, Donna Rash and several aunts and uncles. Arthur Lowe Frisbie, 85, of Suffield, Ohio, passed away on Oct. 11, 2020, following a brief illness caused by a fall. Lowe was born Jan. 15,1935, to Arthur Elliot and Letha (Lowe) Frisbie in Rehoboth, N.M. Lowe graduated from Fulton High School, Fulton, Kan., and the University of Kansas. ...
