Weldon Blake Roberts, age 67, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020, at the Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Mo. There was cremation. Uniontown High School students will have a graduation ceremony. As of Monday when the USD 235 Board of Education met, graduation is tentatively set for 2 p.m. Sunday, June 21. High School Principal Mike Reith said he sent information to seniors and parents about options for a graduation ceremony. One option was to do a virtual ceremony through Jostens.
