Kenneth Dean Oakleaf, age 81, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at Country Place Senior Living in Fort Scott. He was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Red Oak, Iowa, the son of Reuben Oakleaf and Nadine Fort Oakleaf. After graduating high school, Kenneth joined the United States Air Force. ...
