Commissioners show support for tri-county bicycle trail

The Bourbon County Commissioners on Tuesday signed a resolution, which will assist a group proceed with plans to create a tri-county trail system. Known as the ABC Trails, the bicycle trails will connect Allen, Bourbon and Crawford counties.
