Charlie "Clarence" Springer, age 93 of Prescott, Kan., passed away, Saturday, Sept. 29 at Fort Scott, Kan. Clarence was born on Nov. 24, 1924 in Pleasanton, Kan., the son of Charlie and Alma McAllister Springer.
