The Bourbon County Commissioners on Tuesday received a revised report for the 2017 fiscal year, which ended Dec. 31. Terry Banwart, CPA with Diehl Banwart Bolton CPAs PA of Fort Scott, had prepared the audit report for Sept. 18.
