NJCAA issues pre-season polls

Bourbon County Commissioners on Thursday canvassed ballots from the Aug. 7 Primary Election. In Bourbon County, there were 82 provisional ballots submitted to the commissioners for various reasons. Of those, the commissioners did not count one because the voter did not show identification at the poll or at the county clerk’s office by 10 a.m. Thursday. Nine were not registered voters, and seven did not affiliate as a Republican or Democrat by the July 17 deadline...
