Overland Park police seeking help finding missing former Fort Scott woman

The Overland Park Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 18-year-old Mikayla L. Norris, formerly of Fort Scott. Norris is 5-foot, 3-inches tall, weighs 185 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. She was last seen about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 at her place of employment in the 9500 block of Metcalf in Overland Park, according to a news release from the Overland Park Police Department...

Commissioners close to finalizing hourly wage increases

Although no resolution has been signed, Bourbon County Commissioners have agreed upon how much of a wage increase the 2018 budget can accommodate for hourly county employees.
