James Lee Rasmussen, age 71, a resident of Moundville, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at the home of his daughter in Ft. Scott, Kan. He was born May 6, 1946 in Ogallala, Neb., the son of August Rasmussen and Avis Morrell Rasmussen.
