Willard Dale “Bill” Good, age 86, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017, at his home. He was born Dec. 2, 1930, in Elkhart, Ind., the son of Jacob Good and Ada Grace Christophel Good.
