MARSHALL, Mo. -- Following a weekend in Texas during which it went 0-5, Fort Scott Community College's softball team bounced back with an 8-1, 18-1 sweep of the Missouri Valley College junior varsity here Wednesday. Eagle teams to face Oswego

Uniontown's boys will have a first-round home game in their own Class 2A Sub-State Basketball Tournament next week while Eagle girls will have to start out on the road. Tiger girls defeated Parsons 42-36 in Southeast Kansas League play while the boys lost 77-67.
