Patty Irene Thompson, age 80, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at the Fort Scott Manor. She was born Jan. 11, 1937, in Fort Scott, the daughter of Cecil John Feagins and Dorothy Irene Bolden Feagins. Patty married Doug Thompson on May 28, 1953, in Nevada, Mo. Patty was a dedicated wife and mother who worked hard to provide for her family's needs. She enjoyed camping and fishing. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints...
