Workers with RII Concrete Construction of Fort Scott work Thursday afternoon to smooth out concrete on the slab at the construction site of the new Bourbon County Law Enforcement Center at 323 E. 20th St. After completing some preliminary work at the site, workers began pouring 700 yards of concrete about midnight Thursday.
