City commission approves trial for UTVs on city streets

Fort Scott City Commissioners signed off Tuesday on a plan to allow UTVs, or utility task vehicles, on city streets for a trial basis. Fort Scott Police Chief Travis Shelton came before commissioners with a completed draft of an ordinance that will allow operation of UTVs on city streets.
