Fort Scott City Commissioners heard the public library will be moving to Memorial Hall for four to six months while a major renovation makes the library accessible to handicapped persons. "This is the third stage of the plans we've had since 2000," Lisa Walther, library director, told the commission at its bi-monthly meeting Tuesday evening. "We are trying to make the library as compliant with the American Disabilities Act as possible. We had (the library) assessed in 2000."...
