Burning season keeps firefighters busy

It's the season for grass fires and rural fire departments dealt with multiple fires throughout the county Saturday. Bourbon County Fire District No. 3 Chief Delwin Mumbower said Monday rural volunteer firefighters responded to 15 grass and brush fires throughout the day.
