Mildred J. Hudson, age 95, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center after a brief illness. Mildred was born Aug. 28, 1919 in Minden Mines, Mo., the daughter of Edgar and Lillian Culver Jumet. After the sudden death of her father, the family moved to Fort Scott where Mildred and her two sisters lived for a short time at the Goodlander Home for Children.
