The Bourbon County Commissioners have moved leaking Elm Creek Lake higher up on their priority list. On Friday, they met with Don George, district fisheries biologist Region 5 of the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism, to discuss funding options to make repairs at the lake.
