USD 235 Board of Education members heard a Reading Roadmap update for the school year on Monday evening at the regular monthly meeting. A few new questions popped up and a few more citizens turned out for a community forum Tuesday on a proposed $40.8 million school bond issue. About 20 people attended the third in a series of four public forums on the bond issue. The discussion took place Tuesday night in the Fort Scott Middle School media center.
