County burn ban is lifted

The Bourbon County Commissioners on Friday voted to lift the burn ban at midnight Friday. Their decision was based on a recommendation from Bourbon County Fire District No. 3 Commander Delwin Mumbower to lift the ban at midnight. "It's more or less to get through today, with gusty winds, low humidity, those kinds of things," Mumbower said.
