During Monday's regular meeting, Bourbon County Commissioners defended two recent moves that approved a raise for County Appraiser Judy Wallis and realigned the Public Works Department. Jerrod Handly asked commissioners why a raise was approved for Wallis, who was reappointed on July 1, when commissioners passed Resolution 20-13.
