Andrew David Webb, 24, of 9393 E. 54 Highway, Nevada, Mo., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 2 at 10:34 a.m. on two Bourbon County warrants, no liability insurance, driving while suspended and theft. He is still being held at this time...
