The name of a female passenger, fatally injured in a vehicle accident in Bourbon County, was released by officials investigating the crash Thursday. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Christina L. Howard, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred just after 4:30 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 180th Street and Juniper Rd., about four miles west of U.S. Highway 69.
