The Southeast Kansas Regional Correctional Center officials are exploring various ways to house their increasing number of inmates. Last week, the Bourbon County Attorney's Office charged Clifford O. Butler, 44, Fort Scott, with one count of felony attempted aggravated criminal sodomy, criminal threat and misdemeanor criminal damage to property.
