There are nearly 200 more female students attending class at Fort Scott Community College this year than there are male students, following a current trend in colleges and universities across the United States, FSCC President Jim Miesner said. "There are more women in college today," Miesner said. "Our trend matches the national trend. You see more females (today) going into leadership positions.
