Mildred Elizabeth Burt, age 91, former resident of 423 W. Second St., Fort Scott, Kansas, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at the Garden Valley Manor in North Kansas City, Mo. She was born Sept. 15, 1915 on the Mesa near Raton, New Mexico, the daughter of J.F. Wimmer and Beatrice Turner Wimmer.
