New superintendent to take command at fort Nov. 12

Kansas Parole Board refuses to free rapist

The Kansas Parole Board rejected the release of a 47-year-old man convicted of rape and battery of a Bourbon County woman in 1993. On Oct. 10, the three-member board denied parole to inmate Steven G.
