It's that time of year again.
Oh how I love cool weather. I love that sensation you get upon waking up in the morning and walking outside and you feel just a bit chilly...not enough for a coat but enough to wear a pair of jeans and not worry about sweating all day long. Today was one of those days. It might still technically be summer but this is fall weather and I love it! Kansas may well be known for its unpredictable weather...but if this I had to predict a type of weather to be suprised by, well, this would be it.
The photo above is one of those magical places that everyone should try and visit during their lifetime. It's Oxbow Bend near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Located in Grand Teton National Park on the Snake River. During the morning and afternoon it's swamped with tourists but if you visit in the evening around sunset you'll see amazing reflections and a great backdrop in the Teton Mountains. Go now!
While I type this I'm listening to "In the Deep" by Bird York. Great song for a great day! Oh and I watched the movie, "The Ultimate Gift" last night. Fantastic. Best movie I've seen in a really really long time.
Cheers!
